Get the cashback you're owed — with proof.

Cashbackproof is a browser extension that automatically captures evidence when you shop through cashback portals — so when a claim is denied, you have a dispute packet instead of a shrug. Private by architecture: everything stays on your device.

No spam. One email at launch. We don't even run analytics.

Cashback runs on "trust us." That trust ran out.

8M+ users uninstalled the biggest "savings" extension after it was caught hijacking commissions and hiding better coupons.

Pending cashback quietly flips to "declined" weeks later — no notification, no reason given.

People with "perfectly documented claims" still get denied. One user reported a four-figure rewards balance revoked overnight.

Shoppers now screenshot every step of every purchase just to have something to show support. That's a job for software.

Three steps. Zero effort.

01

Shop like you always do. Click through your cashback portal — Cashbackproof notices and starts a capture.

02

We record the proof that matters. The click ID your portal's own system logged, timestamps, your unbroken path to checkout, and the order confirmation — stored on your device, personal details redacted.

03

If a claim goes wrong, you're ready. A denial? Export a one-page dispute packet support can verify against their own logs. Pending cashback flips to declined? You'll know the day it happens.

And before you even buy: a live indicator warns you the moment your tracking chain breaks — while it's still fixable.

Private by architecture, not by promise.

What we never collect

Your browsing history Never. We see your cashback portals, and a retailer only during a capture you watch happen.
Your passwords Never. We use the login already in your browser — we can't log in as you.
Your payment details Never stored. Card digits and addresses are redacted before anything is saved.
Your data, on our servers There are no servers. Everything lives on your device.
Analytics None. Not in the extension, not on this site.

The extension requests access to exactly four sites — your cashback portals. Retailer access is granted per purchase, by you, and expires with the session. Never "all sites".

We can't touch your attribution — verifiably. Our manifest contains no permission that can modify a request. The famous coupon-extension scandal was attribution rewriting; our architecture makes it impossible, and our source is public.

Why isn't it free? Free savings extensions are paid by affiliate commissions — the exact conflict of interest that burned you. You pay us $4.99/month. Nobody else pays us anything.

FAQ

Which portals are supported at launch?

TopCashback and Quidco (UK), Rakuten and Capital One Shopping (US). The waitlist tells us which to add next.

Can't a portal just claim my evidence is fabricated?

Honest answer: our packet isn't court-magic, it's checkable. Its centerpiece is the click ID that the portal's own tracking system generated — their support can look it up in their own logs. Disputes die when it's your word against their system; the packet makes it their system against their system.

Do you see my passwords or my portal account?

No. The extension reads pages inside your browser where you're already logged in. It can't log in as you — and there's nothing of ours to log into: no account, no server.

What happens when a portal logs me out?

Monitoring pauses and the extension icon asks you to log back in. We'd rather nag you than ever touch your credentials.

Why should I trust you over the last extension that burned everyone?

Don't trust — verify. The permission list is four named sites. The manifest is read-only. The source is public. Our only revenue is your subscription. Every one of those claims is checkable before you install.

When does it launch?

The extension is in development. Waitlist members get the beta first and lock in the launch price.

Be first in line when it ships.
